These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Redwood Hardware website (redwoodhardware.com) and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Redwood Hardware GmbH is a server hardware retailer based in Hamburg, Germany. We sell new and refurbished server equipment, components, and accessories to customers throughout the European Union. By using our website you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Refurbished products are clearly labeled as such. Condition details are provided in each product listing.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment must be received before orders are shipped.
• For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed within 48 hours or the order may be cancelled.
• Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders within Germany. Other EU countries have a flat €14.99 shipping rate. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within Germany and 3–10 business days to other EU countries depending on availability and product size. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. 5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns. See our Return Policy for full details and procedures.

6. Warranty

• Refurbished products carry a 90-day warranty from date of delivery.
• New products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
• Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting our customer service team.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redwood Hardware LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Redwood Hardware LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Account Responsibilities
