Shipping from Germany Throughout the EU

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany. We ship to all European Union member countries. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your destination country.

Important Delivery Information

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times vary by destination country within the EU. Shipments to Germany typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while other EU countries may take 3-10 business days depending on availability, product size, customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Server hardware is heavy and oversized, which can sometimes require additional transit time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Since we accept bank transfer payments, please allow additional time for payment verification before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping Details

Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within Germany. All other EU countries have a flat shipping rate of €14.99 per order, regardless of order size or weight. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • We ship to all 27 European Union member countries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for server and heavy equipment orders.
  • We do not ship outside the European Union at this time.
  • For non-EU countries or special shipping requirements, please contact us for a custom quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after payment confirmation, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All servers and heavy equipment are professionally packaged for safe transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If your shipment appears lost (no tracking updates for 7+ days), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
